Will Klekamp co-founded Vier Management® in 2023 and currently serves as a Partner, playing a vital role in driving the company’s strategic growth through deal analysis and investment strategies. He brings strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of the financial complexities inherent in real estate investments, knowledge he gained from his Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. His coursework included essential subjects such as property valuation, investment strategies, and capital markets, effectively equipping him for a career in the real estate sector.

Additionally, Will is set to begin his role as a commercial real estate credit analyst at a financial institution based in Chicago, Illinois, where he will focus on underwriting and deal analysis within the commercial real estate sector.

In his free time, Will enjoys traveling, trying new foods, scuba diving, golfing, playing pickleball, and watching sports.
