T.J. Stachler is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vier Management®, which he established in 2023. With over seven years of multifamily industry experience, T.J. oversees all aspects of company operations, including property acquisitions, renovations, capital expenditures, and strategic growth initiatives.

Prior to founding Vier Management®, T.J. developed comprehensive expertise in leasing, tenant relations, maintenance operations, and financial management through hands-on experience in the multifamily sector.

T.J. resides in Sycamore Township, OH, with his wife, daughter, and two golden retrievers. In his free time, he enjoys boating, golfing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
