Founder / CEO

T.J. Stachler brings over six years of experience in the multifamily industry and co-founded Vier Management® in 2023. As Chief Executive Officer, T.J. is responsible for overseeing all facets of the company’s operations, from renovations and capital expenditures (CAPEX) to driving strategic growth through the acquisition of new properties. He possesses a deep understanding of multifamily property management and operational efficiency.

Before co-founding Vier Management®, T.J. spent four years gaining hands-on experience in the multifamily sector, focusing on leasing, tenant relations, maintenance oversight, and financial management.

Outside his professional endeavors, T.J. resides in Sycamore Township, OH, with his wife, daughter, and their two golden retrievers. He enjoys boating, golfing, working in the yard, and spending time with family and friends.
