Shawn Thompson brings over sixteen years of experience in the multifamily maintenance industry and currently serves as the Director of Maintenance for Vier Management®. In this role, he oversees maintenance operations for the company's portfolio, leveraging his expertise to lead his team in ensuring operational efficiency and providing quality service that fosters tenant satisfaction and retention.

Before joining Vier Management®, Shawn spent the majority of his career in the multifamily maintenance sector, establishing a strong foundation in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair work, along with team leadership, making him a valuable asset to the Vier Management® team.

Outside of work, Shawn resides in Northern Kentucky with his wife and son. He enjoys working on his truck, helping others, completing home improvement projects, traveling, and spending time with family.
