Our Team

Davis Klekamp co-founded Vier Management® in 2023 and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company’s multifamily portfolio, leveraging his extensive experience in leasing and onsite property management. Davis has a strong understanding of onsite operational efficiency and is dedicated to the growth and long-term stabilization of the company's portfolio while fostering a positive work culture.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Davis resides in Madeira, OH, with his wife and son. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, attending professional sporting events, playing recreational basketball, and shooting.
