Our Team

Charlie Klekamp co-founded Vier Management® in 2023 and currently serves as a Partner, where he is instrumental in overseeing the company’s financial and investment initiatives. He draws on his extensive private equity and investment banking expertise to drive the company’s growth and success in the multifamily sector.

Charlie currently works for an external private equity firm, where he focuses on identifying strategic acquisition targets and monitoring the performance of portfolio companies. Before his career in private equity, Charlie spent two years in investment banking.

Charlie received his B.A. in Finance and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame.
